A Print or Download Membership is strictly for personal or family use.  You would print the lists for yourself or to be used within your family.  A Professional Membership is for someone who works with clients that would benefit from lists from ListPlanIt.  You wouldn’t be sharing your login information, but you would be sharing printed lists with clients or in workshops as an added benefit to your business or service.  As a Professional Member, you would also get a spot in our Professional Directory.  If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me at info@listplanit.com.  Thanks!

I don’t quite understand what’s included in the Professional level that’s different than the others.  Thanks.

Hi,  I am consistently unable to print lists, though I just joined.  The lock in unlocked, so I’m unsure what the problem is.  If you could help, it would be great.

I wasn’t redirected for the log in information…I keep trying to look at lists and it tells me I’m not a member…help?

  • http://ListPlanIt.com Jen Tankersley

Since our software update a couple of weeks ago, we have had increased instances of new members not being redirected after payment.  This is being looked into by the software’s engineer.  We hope to have a solution soon.  In the meanwhile, our customer service keeps a close eye on registrations and gets those who are not redirected set up manually as quickly as possible.  Most people have only had to wait a few minutes.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience.  Thank you for your patience while we strive to make ListPlanIt as smooth a process as possible.

I’ve just set you up manually and have emailed you your login details. We’re sorry that you were not redirected to the registration page. This happens occasionally. Hope you get your planning in for today. Let us know how it goes on our Facebook page at http://facebook.com/listplanit. Welcome to ListPlanIt.com!

We have had quite a few requests for a smaller size sheet.  We are looking into options for doing this.  When there are over 700 pages, it is no easy feat.  It is something that we have wanted to do for quite some time. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.  Thanks!

I truly apologize.  It seems that I somehow missed this comment.  I checked your membership and it had indeed expired in March.  We have recently begun an auto responder message that goes out 1 week and also 1 day before the expiration date of your membership. It seems that you did not receive this message.  I will look into the reason.  Please accept my apology for not responding sooner.

I am seriously considering joining your website.  This looks like what I have been trying to create on my own but just do not have the time or the patience to fool around with making excel spreadsheets look the way I want them to. The only issue that’s holding me back is the size of the sheets.  I really want to keep most of my pages in a 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 size binder as opposed to a standard binder.  Do you know if it’s possible once I download the sheets to convert them to a half page landscape page and print that way?  Will I get in trouble somehow if I copy and paste into a Works document and print that way?

  • Ecosensiblemom

I am not able to access my “download membership”… although I am logged in, when I try to view or download a desired “list”– the screen says I am not a member.  I tried to click on “membership details” but it only gives me a profile page.  Is there a way for me to know if I am needing to renew my membership?  I am not sure of the date I joined and although I expected that info to be on the membership details, I did not see it.
    Thank you!

  • http://ListPlanIt.com Jen Tankersley

Susan, Yes – as a Download Member, you can download each of the nearly 700 lists available to members as pdfs and type right into the pages – just like the ePlanners. A Download Membership is for personal use and a Professional Membership allows you to share pages with clients (such as customers of your business that might appreciate a value-added bonus) and as handouts. I hope this answers your questions. If not, please feel free to contact us at any time. Thank you!

  • Susan

Sorry if this has been answered already. I understand that if you order the ePlanners, that you can download the pdfs and save them. Can you do the same with the membership? I’d like to be able to save, change, and add to the lists as it’s important that they be dynamic, fluid documents that I can change on the fly. Also, can you explain the Professional membership. What exactly is that membership for. You mention clients, but I don’t quite understand what you mean by clients. Thanks.

  • http://ListPlanIt.com Jen Tankersley

Everything that is found in the ePlanners can also be found in the memberships. The difference is simply in the “packaging”. Some people prefer one download of one (or two or three) category that they can store on their computer. Others prefer to have access to everything and to be able to pick and choose as they please. If this does not satisfy your question, please be sure to ask further.

  • Sacreddreams77

Are the eplanners included in the membership?

  • http://ListPlanIt.com Jen Tankersley

Great questions. If you visit our Trial pages (http://ListPlanIt.com/trial), then you will get a sample of what our Print pages are like. They are embedded into a ListPlanIt web page and you can print as many as you would like, whenever you like while you are a member. You’ll also find a trial download packet which will show you an example of what our download pages are like. The only difference between them is that theses are in downloadable .pdf format, and you can type straight into the page. So the lists are the same, the format is different.

The answer to your second question: if you become a member to ListPlanIt.com, you pay one price for access to all of the pages available. It is all-inclusive. We also sell ePlanners, which are the same lists found in the membership, but are sold in downloadable packets. So say you only need Meal Planning lists. The Meals ePlanner might be the right option for you. If you feel you could benefit from several of the categories found at ListPlanIt, then a membership would probably be your best option.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us with further questions.

  • Julia Moore

I dont fully understand what the difference is with the difference is with the varying memberships are and which one would be suiable . It doesn’t give an example. Also do you pay various prices for each section or does the most expensive price include all , Julia Moore . Cardiff .

  • http://ListPlanIt.com Jen Tankersley

Those are excellent suggestions. I would like very much to have a feature that shows our members when their membership expires. Thankfully, as of today, I have just installed an autoresponder that will alert you when your membership is one week from its expiry date.

If you are in your Membership Details page, you should see ListPlanIt up in the upper left corner. That is the link that should take you back to our home page. Let me know if you don’t find that or if your pages looks different.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Would be nice if the ‘anniversary date’ of when you joined as a member was listed in your membership details…. Also when you are in your ‘membership details’ page, there is no link back to home page….. what is with that…… organisation…. I think would include these things…. ??????
